Step-by-Step Ritual

Pump a small amount of oil or serum into your palm. Rub your hands together gently. Then, tap the oil all over your face. -
Relax the brow + forehead.
Sweep your fingertips from the center of your brows up toward your forehead. Repeat slowly, letting tension melt. -
Lift and open.
Trace from the center of your brow up and outward toward your temples in gentle, curved strokes. -
Drain the lymph.
Place two fingers in front of each ear and two behind. Slide them down the sides of your neck to your collarbones. Repeat this a few times to encourage lymphatic flow. -
Soften the jaw.
Squeeze your chin gently. Then, using your thumbs below your chin and knuckles above, sweep along the jawline up to your ears. -
Embrace the cheeks.
Place your knuckles beside your nose and trace them up and around the cheekbones to your ears. Then do the same on the upper cheeks. -
Tend to the eyes.
Using your ring fingers, softly sweep under the eyes. Then, tap gently around the orbital bone in a circle from outer to inner corners. -

Apply light pressure between your brows, then sweep out toward your temples. Breathe deeply. -

Begin between your brows, glide up and over the forehead, around the temples, down the sides of your face to your ears, and sweep down to your collarbones.
