Sleepy-Me Tea

Help your body & mind slip into peaceful slumber with herbs & spices traditionally used for soothing the nervous system, relaxing the body, calming the mind.
Use 1 tsp-T 1 Tbsp Sleepy-Me Tea per cup of just boiled water. Place in a tea ball or tea infuser. Pour boiled water over the mixture & cover. Let steep 10-15 minutes. Remove the infuser. Enjoy when cool.
