WARMING & SOOTHING
A delicious herbal chai to help warm the body, soothe digestion and support lung and immune health.
Prepare as a traditional chai by simmering 1 Tbsp in a pint of water for 15 minutes, add black tea, simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Strain, add milk and sweetener of choice. Or skip the black tea, add a sprinkle of nutmeg, coriander, or a pinch of cayenne.
